Returns & Exchanges


Georgy Collection will happily exchange any full priced item for another item or a credit note if your order was not what you expected when you received it.

Full refunds will ONLY be issued if item has a manufacturing fault or has been dispatched incorrectly.

We cannot exchange or refund items purchased through our stockists or other online retail stores. Items must be returned to the original place of purchase.


  • Georgy Collection will happily exchange any full priced item(s) for another colour or size in the same style as originally purchased OR any other item, depending on availability.
  • If you wish to exchange with an unavailable item OR you wish to exchange for another item at a later date, a store credit will be issued and any additional payments can be made at checkout.
  • We will be happy to exchange any full price item(s) providing:
    • All tags remain attached
    • Item(s) must be returned in original gift box
    • Item(s) remain in original condition as dispatched from our online store
    • Item(s) have not been damaged while being tried on e.g. tears, pulled threads, broken or damaged zips/ hooks/ buttons/ straps, missing buttons or separate attachments, over stretched or damaged fabric
    • Item(s) are unworn & unmarked in any way e.g. soiled, food/drink stains, make-up products, tanning products, perfume/perspiration product odours/stains, perspiration marks and odour, cigarette odour etc.
    • Item(s) have not been dry cleaned, washed or spot cleaned.
    • Item(s) you wish to exchange are returned to our online store within 14 days from the date your order was placed.
  • If you return an item not in its original condition an exchange or store credit will not be approved and your item will be returned to you.
  • Exchanges and store credits will be for the value of the item(s) ONLY. Any shipping expenses will not be refunded or included as these are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping expenses for exchanges are at the customer’s expense. We ONLY offer free shipping on exchanges/store credits for item(s) that have been sent to you incorrectly or if an item has been deemed faulty.
  • We do not exchange or refund any sale items unless your purchase is faulty.


  • If you receive your purchase and it is faulty or damaged you are entitled to a refund in the same form of payment the order was purchased.
  • Refunds will only be approved and processed if all refund conditions are met.
  • All refunds are reversed to the original card or account of purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days)
  • If your purchase includes Shipping - Shipping charges are non-refundable. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded less express shipping charges.


  • Should you wish to return an item, you need to notify us via email within 14 days from date of purchase BEFORE you send it back.
  • The returned item needs to be received by us within 21 days from the date your order was received.
  • If you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package.  
  • Please label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless you the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.


  • Credit Notes are non-refundable. If an item was purchased with a credit note then the refund will also be in the form of a credit note.
  • E-Vouchers are non-refundable. If an item was purchased with an E-Voucher then the refund will also be in the form of an E-Voucher.
