DELIVERY TIME WITH AUSTRALIA POST:
- Standard Post is available at a flat rate of $12 and takes between 3–4 business days.
- EXPRESS Post is available at a flat rate of $17 and takes between 1-2 business days to arrive.
- All orders placed before 12pm ACST from Monday to Friday will be packed and sent the same day.
- All orders placed after 12pm ACST from will be packed and sent the next day.
- All orders that are packed and sent on a Friday will not be delivered before the following Monday.
- Please note that all orders placed after 12pm ACST on Fridays and all orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday will not be packed and sent until the following Monday.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
- Once the team at Georgy Collection has packed and dispatched your order you will automatically receive an email with your tracking details. You can view your delivery status at any time.
- A signature will be required upon delivery. If there is no-one at the delivery address, a notification card will be left for you by Australia Post to collect your order from your local post office.
Please note Georgy Collection will not be held responsible for delays incurred by incorrectly provided addresses or any other external circumstances beyond our control.
All international orders are shipped with EMS and take between 4 - 10 business days to arrive.

- FREE EXPRESS International Shipping on orders over $500 AUD.
- Orders under $500 AUD have a flat Shipping rate of $50 AUD

- Orders placed before 12PM ACST on a business day, are packed and sent the same day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
- All International parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, you should receive instructions on how/where to receive your parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
Georgy Collection will happily refund or exchange any full priced item(s) for another colour or size in the same style as originally purchased OR any other item, depending on availability.
If you wish to exchange with an unavailable item OR you wish to exchange for another item at a later date, a store credit will be issued and any additional payments can be made at checkout.
We will be happy to refund or exchange any full priced item(s) providing:
All tags remain attached
Item(s) remain in original condition as dispatched from our online store
Item(s) have not been damaged while being tried on e.g. tears, pulled threads, broken or damaged zips/ hooks/ buttons/ straps, missing buttons or separate attachments, over stretched or damaged fabric
Item(s) are unworn & unmarked in any way e.g. soiled, food/drink stains, make-up products, tanning products, perfume/perspiration product odours/stains, perspiration marks and odour, cigarette odour etc.
Item(s) have not been dry cleaned, washed or spot cleaned.
Item(s) you wish to refund or exchange are returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was placed.
If you return an item not in its original condition your refund, exchange or store credit will not be approved and your item will be returned to you.
Refunds, exchanges and store credits will be for the value of the item(s) ONLY. Any shipping expenses will not be refunded or included as these are non-refundable.
All refunds are reversed to the original card or account of purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days)
Return Shipping expenses are at the customer’s expense unless item(s) have been sent to you incorrectly or if an item has been deemed faulty.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Should you wish to return an item, you need to notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from date of purchase BEFORE you send it back.
The returned item needs to be received by us within 21 days from the date your order was received.
If you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package.
Please label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless you the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CREDIT NOTES OR E-VOUCHERS.
Credit Notes are non-refundable. If an item was purchased with a credit note then the refund will also be in the form of a credit note.
E-Vouchers are non-refundable. If an item was purchased with an E-Voucher then the refund will also be in the form of an E-Voucher.
